USS FORRESTAL

We recognize the significance of the USS Forrestal to our Veterans who served on the vessel, their families and all Americans.

 

We celebrate the USS Forrestal’s incredible history as the Navy’s first “supercarrier.”

 

We honor the 3,500 brave men and women who served – and many of whom died – on the aircraft carrier during its 38 years of service.

 

We understand the difficult but necessary decision made by the US Navy to dismantle and recycle this iconic vessel and are committed to performing the task with the respect and honor deserving of the USS Forrestal.

We are currently evaluating ways in which we can provide those interested with the opportunity to acquire a piece of history. We hope to have more information at a later date.
